If you signed up through our website, you will already have an account on Anker.
Login to Anker by going to https://ankerdb.com/, enter your email and click “I forgot my password!” and then “Reset Password”
You will then get a email to reset your password.
If you are unable to access https://ankerdb.com/ or download the installer, then your company most likely has not whitelisted these domains. Please ask your IT administrator to whitelist the following -

reope-cdn.ams3.digitaloceanspaces.com
*.reope.com
*.ankerdb.com
ankerdb.com
wss://api.ankerdb.com/
EMAIL DOMAINS:

Use the Anker.exe to install the Revit Addin. Right click, and select “Run as administrator” to install Anker.
