  1. Select Docs - This list of files shows the current document and all documents linked to the current document. You are prompted to select which files you want to consider for category tagging. All objects visible in the current document will be tagged, as long as they belong to the documents you select from this list.
  2. Select Categories to tag - Here you can specify which categories you want to tag, you can choose from six categories: Columns, Doors, Generic Models, Structural Columns, Walls and Windows. Open the tree view to specify which category types you want to tag.
  3. Tasks - All objects from the selected categories and selected types will be tagged with the Generic Model 3D Tag specified in this step. When tagging Generic Models, be aware that the tool will not tag any of the objects from the Generic Model 3D Tag you selected, to avoid an infinite tagging loop.
  4. Parameters in the selected task - Here you can specify the parameter linking between the host and the tag. This is, here is where you specify which parameter from the category objects is written to which tag parameter.
  5. Import - Import your previously saved TagAll3D settings json.
  6. Export - Export your TagAll3D settings to json.
  7. Run - Run the add-in to automatically place the 3D tags.
  8. Save - Save your TagAll3D settings to the current Revit document.
