The log files for Toolbox are located in the folder:
%appdata%\\.reope-log\\Revit
Copy the text above and paste it into to the adress bar in Windows Explorer to open the folder.
Toolbox creates a log file for every day it has been used. Please send us the log file for the day the issue happened on your computer.

A journal file contains entries for almost anything that are happening in a Revit session, and may give more detailed clues to why something is not working as it should.
The journal files are located here:
%localappdata%\\Autodesk\\Revit\\Autodesk Revit **<Revit version>**\\Journals
Replace <Revit version> with the Revit version you want to get the journal files from, i.e. *%localappdata%\\Autodesk\\Revit\\Autodesk Revit **2024**\\Journals* for Revit 2024. Paste the text into the Windows Explorer adress bar to find the journal folder.
Revit creates a new journal file for every session of Revit, that is, every time you open Revit.
Please note that a journal file may contain more sensitive information, such as project file names, Autodesk user names etc…
