When you run the Scope Boxes plugin you get a list of all the scope boxes in the project. However, this does not mean that all those scope boxes are visible in the active view. To check if any of the scope boxes is hidden in the active view activate the Filter Visible in View option. This highlights the hidden scope boxes by turning them red.
