Navigation buttons

  1. Profiles - The Current Profile button: This will display the current profile. You can also press it to add or switch your profile:

  1. Comparison Report - The multi-project view (home view) button. Press this to go back to the default view when you are in a single project view.
  2. Open settings folder - Open the current profile’s directory in windows explorer.
  3. Save to pdf - Export the current view to PDF. The dashboard will automatically save the PDFs in the same folder that you created for the reports. After clicking on the Save to PDF button you will see a message on the bottom part of your screen to confirm that the PDF has been created.
  4. Settings - Specify a Central Settings file. You can use this to standardize your profiles throughout the company.
  5. About - Software info.

The Main View

  1. Project Models - Press any of the project names to open that project’s details.
  2. Edit - There are multiple data groups and each of those consists of one or more data points. The data points can be reporting (text only), numeric or boolean (Y for yes and N for no). Numeric data points can have a min and max range that can be edited to quickly highlight outliers in the report:

  1. Health Score - it is displayed on the top row of each Revit file. It is used to quickly to measure the overall performance of a Revit model based on all the items analyzed by the dashboard. The total Health Score is calculated on a grading of 0 to 100 by summing up all of the individual data points. Each report data point has a score as follows:

The Single Project View

  1. Hide - You can hover over each individual data point and temporarily hide it. This can be useful when you do not want to report on a specific item that is still early on and going through a lot of changes.
  2. Hidden Items - The Unhide button is the little eye icon that you can use to show any items that were previously hidden:
